- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the return authorization slip. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Inspection and Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please follow the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send out a replacement item.
Late or Missing Refunds
